Catalytic combustion treatment is widely used in the purification of harmful organic waste gases emitted from workshops in industries such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, coating, and printing. Organic waste gases such as benzene, alcohols, and ethers can all be purified. The device has a complete system design, complete supporting equipment, high purification efficiency, and high degree of automation. It can effectively purify the workshop environment, eliminate pollution, improve working conditions, ensure the health of workers, and solve secondary pollution. It is most suitable for organic waste gases with low concentrations (50-1000ppm) and low economic value for recycling, and it is not advisable to use adsorption recycling treatment, especially for high air volume treatment scenarios. The characteristics of processing high air volume and low concentration exhaust gas include secondary waste heat recovery when the concentration is slightly higher, greatly reducing production and operation costs.

Technical principle of catalytic combustion RCO exhaust gas treatment equipment

This purification device is designed based on two basic principles: adsorption (high efficiency) and catalytic combustion (energy saving), namely adsorption concentration catalytic combustion method. The device adopts dual gas path continuous operation, and two or more adsorption beds can be alternately used. A catalytic combustion chamber first adsorbs organic waste gas with activated carbon, stops the adsorption operation when it reaches saturation, and then uses a hot gas flow to desorb organic matter from the activated carbon for regeneration; The detached organic matter has been concentrated (with a concentration several tens of times higher than before) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic conversion into CO2 and H2O for discharge.

5. Low power consumption. Due to the low bed resistance, a low-pressure fan can be used. Before catalytic combustion of organic matter, electric heating needs to be started. When the organic matter starts catalytic combustion in the catalytic bed, its combustion heat is sufficient to maintain the temperature required for the reaction. At this time, the electric heating stops on its own, and the starting time for electric heating is about 1 hour.

6. The activated carbon bed that adsorbs organic waste gas can be used to desorb and regenerate the waste gas after catalytic combustion. The desorbed gas is then sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification without the need for external energy, with low operating costs and significant energy-saving effects.

7. Adopting a microcomputer centralized control system, the equipment operation and operation process are fully automated, ensuring safe, stable, and reliable operation.
